John Deere 644 G-Tier Wheel Loader

This John Deere 644 G-Tier Wheel Loader was outfitted with a ReliaMAX™ Automatic Lubrication System to provide consistent grease delivery to 19 critical pivot points. The installation includes a 4 kg reservoir and is filled with Almamoly™ HD Grease (1488), a heavy-duty moly-fortified grease engineered to withstand high loads, resist water washout, and prevent metal-to-metal contact under extreme conditions.

Lubrication points include key components in the bucket linkage, boom assembly, articulation joint, and steering system. Automating the lubrication process reduces manual maintenance demands, helps extend component life, and ensures peak performance in demanding applications. This system enhances machine uptime while reducing the risk of premature wear and unexpected repairs.
