Installation Technician

Job Description

(Note: We are not an oil change facility)

  • Install automatic lubrication systems on heavy equipment, trucks, and industrial machinery
  • Diagnose system issues and perform repairs
  • Complete shop builds and system prep
  • Travel throughout the Northeast for service or installations with occasional overnights

Qualifications

  • Mechanical experience in automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial equipment
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow installation procedures
  • Welding or fabrication experience
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

What to Expect in this Role

  • Day starts at 7:00 a.m.
  • Travel is common and can include overnight stays
  • Overtime is available
  • Compliance with DOT, OSHA, and customer site safety
  • Pre-employment physical and drug screening
  • For efficiency, applicants should live within 25 miles of our location in West Springfield, MA
  • Smoking is not permitted on company or customer property
