The system services 16 key components, including king pins, drag links, steering pivots, slack adjusters, spring hangers, and shackles, ensuring consistent lubrication across steering, suspension, and braking systems. By automating grease delivery, the system saves valuable maintenance time, improves safety, and ensures that critical components are always prepared for service.

The pump is a 4 kg ReliaMAX™ electric grease unit paired with Almagard® Vari-Purpose Lubricant (3751), a premium grease formulated for exceptional water resistance, high load capacity, and long-lasting film strength. This combination helps prevent corrosion, reduces wear, and minimizes downtime in even the most demanding operating conditions.
