CASE 590 Super N Backhoe Loader

This CASE 590 Super N Backhoe Loader was outfitted with a ReliaMAX™ Automatic Lubrication System to ensure consistent grease delivery across 48 critical points. Designed to support the intense workload of both front loader and rear excavator operations, the system provides precise lubrication to joints, pins, cylinders, and articulation points – areas that commonly wear under daily strain.

To meet the machine’s diverse demands, the system utilizes a 4 kg reservoir filled with Almagard® Vari-Purpose Lubricant (3751), a robust NLGI 1 grease built to withstand shock loading, heavy vibration, and water washout. The lubrication system targets key areas including the lift arms, bucket pins, stabilizers, swing frame, extendahoe, and backhoe boom, delivering reliable performance during digging, lifting, and travel.

By automating the greasing process, this installation reduces the time spent on manual maintenance, extends the life of wear-prone components, and helps keep the backhoe operating efficiently across a wide range of tasks.
