This Peterbilt 389 Tractor was outfitted with a ReliaMAX™ Automatic Lubrication System to maintain consistent lubrication across 20 key points. The system covers critical steering, suspension, drivetrain, and fifth wheel components, helping reduce wear and extend service life across the entire chassis.

A 4 kg reservoir supplies Almagard® Vari-Purpose Lubricant (3751), an NLGI 1 grease formulated to withstand extreme pressure, shock loading, and heavy-duty operation. The system targets high-impact areas such as the clutch, drag links, kingpins, spring hangers, shackles, and multiple locations on the fifth wheel assembly.

Automated during operation, the system ensures dependable grease delivery while minimizing maintenance downtime – keeping this long-haul workhorse road-ready and reliable over the long run.
