Wirtgen W 220 XFi Cold Milling Machine

This Wirtgen W 220 XFi Cold Milling Machine was outfitted with a ReliaMAX™ Automatic Lubrication System to streamline maintenance across 63 critical lubrication points. A high-capacity 8 kg electric grease pump was installed, complete with a digital controller, low-level alarm, and a manual override for cab access. Five series-progressive divider valves were used to meter grease to track bearings, suspension pivots, guide columns, drag links, kingpins, cylinders, and other moving components across the machine. High-pressure hose and reusable fittings ensure durability and serviceability in rugged milling environments. The system is filled with Almagard® Vari-Purpose Lubricant (3751) for long-lasting, reliable protection. A grease transfer pump and grease supply were also included with the install.
