Installation Technician
Job Description
(Note: We are not an oil change facility)
- Install automatic lubrication systems on heavy equipment, trucks, and industrial machinery
- Diagnose system issues and perform repairs
- Complete shop builds and system prep
- Travel throughout the Northeast for service or installations with occasional overnights
Qualifications
- Mechanical experience in automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial equipment
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow installation procedures
- Welding or fabrication experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

What to Expect in this Role
- Day starts at 7:00 a.m.
- Travel is common and can include overnight stays
- Overtime is available
- Compliance with DOT, OSHA, and customer site safety
- Pre-employment physical and drug screening
- For efficiency, applicants should live within 25 miles of our location in West Springfield, MA
- Smoking is not permitted on company or customer property
